Website and enquiry terms

Clear boundaries before
any work is agreed.

WEBSITE AND ENQUIRY TERMS

These terms cover use of this website and any enquiry sent through it. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Website information

The website describes Digital Rush AI, a custom-software enquiry path and the current public state of Lead Reactivation. Product labels, prototypes, simulations and architecture views are explanatory. They are not client results or a promise that a particular system will suit a visitor.

Enquiries are not orders

A workflow-review request asks Karan to consider whether a fit conversation is useful. It does not reserve capacity, activate a service, create a booking or accept a project. Applying does not take payment.

Separate written proposal

Any engagement requires a separate written proposal or order. Work begins only after the relevant parties accept the applicable document. It must state the scope, exclusions, financial obligations, ownership, hosting, support, third-party costs and acceptance evidence that apply to the work.

No guaranteed outcome

The website does not guarantee savings, revenue, bookings, response rates, delivery dates or another outcome. Digital Rush AI currently has zero verified client campaign results. A prototype or technical test is not client proof.

Information you provide

Only provide information you are authorised to share. Do not include passwords, financial credentials, health information, confidential customer records or other sensitive data in the workflow-review form.

Privacy

The form privacy notice explains what the enquiry forms collect and how it is handled. Read the form privacy notice.

Third-party destinations

The website may embed or link to services operated by other providers. Cal.com may provide an on-page scheduler after an accepted enquiry. The provider's own terms and privacy practices apply to details entered into that scheduler. A configured surface is not evidence that a booking was confirmed.

Agreement

Nothing on this website forms a contract. Scope, price, timing and responsibilities are agreed in a separate written engagement before any work begins.
