Form privacy notice

What the public enquiry forms
are designed to collect.

HOW YOUR DETAILS ARE HANDLED

Enquiries are sent securely to Digital Rush AI and used only to answer you.

Purpose

The forms are designed to collect business contact details and a useful description of the requested work so Digital Rush AI can review and respond to the enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe the sender to marketing.

Minimum information

The workflow-review form requires name, work email, organisation, one repeated job and timing. Custom Software enquiries also require workflow frequency, people affected, working budget, decision authority and investment readiness. Lead Reactivation enquiries instead ask about list source, consent and suppression records, campaign approval and capacity to handle replies. The Websites quote form also requires an Australian mobile number, closest service need, primary commercial goal, working budget, decision role and asset readiness. Role, current tools, current website or social presence, friction, desired outcome and additional context are optional. Visitors are told not to provide passwords, health information, financial credentials, payment details or customer records.

Optional interaction analytics

The site may record the page, interaction type, outcome and server-owned time for a form start, accepted request, failure or booking handoff. These events do not include the name, email, mobile, business description or other values entered into the form.

Campaign context

If the Websites page is opened from a tagged campaign link, the enquiry may include the supplied utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term values. These tags describe the referring campaign; they are not read from another account or device.

How your enquiry is handled

Your enquiry is stored in a private record, and you receive an acknowledgement by email. Access is limited to Digital Rush AI staff who respond to enquiries. Booking a call is always a separate choice you make.
